Parlak çocuk problemini çözdükten sonra Riley, Buttercup(Köpeği) ve Bodhi(Eğitmeni) çoktan hakettikleri bir tatilin tadını çıkarmaktadırlar. Riley vahşi siyah bir köpekle karşı karşıya geldiğinde, Bodhi'nin uyarılarına rağmen, onu öbür tarafa geçirmeye karar veriyor. Köpeği takip ederken Rebecca adlı genç bir ruh ile tanışıyor. Anladığınız üzere kitap daha çok"Öbür taraf" ile ilgili. Riley ilk kitapta ölmüştü ve şimdi diğer hayatleri dünyayı bırakıp devam etmeleri için yönlerme işi ile görevli.
Aman aman olmasada hoş bir seri. Bir solukta bititdiğim için seviyorum sanırım. Üstelik akıcıda bir konusu var. Sizi yormuyor. Üstelik sonuda hoş, yani kızımızın ölemeceği kesin tabii.
Basit demiştim ya siz onu çok basit diye de düşünebilirsiniz. Çocuksu olduğu zaten çok belli :)
Kimseye şiddetle önereceğim bir seri kitap değil ama okunabilir.
