Sevgili beynim vize öncesi sabaha kadar uyanık kalıp fütürist erotik roman okumamı buyur etti, bende kıramadım. Neyse ki güzeldi. Ben robot istiyordum ama şekil değiştiriciler denk geldi :))
Kitabımız uzayda geçiyor, gezegenler arası çalışan bir mafyayı yok etmesi için gizli göreve gönderilen Ulyssa olayların kendi kendini çözmesi ile gittiği gezegende mahsur kalıyor.En yakın zamandaki gemi 3 ay sonra geliyor. İşin kötü yani Val ırkının kralı tarafından hareme atılıyor. Neyse ki kral ölüyor ve onun seksi oğlu - şekil değiştirici- kral oluyor. Haremden ilk kaçış denemesinde Ulyssa, Kirill'e yakalanıyor ve ama ikinci denemesinde işler onun için sarpa sarıyor. Çünkü kaçmaya çalışırken askerlere Kirill'in metresi olduğunu söylüyor ve bu gezegende böyle şeyler çok önemli. Kısmen artık kralın birinci eşi ve eğer giderse ölüme mahkum edilebilir.
Mecburen bir sonraki gemi gelene kadar bu "yakışıklı barbar" ile vakit geçirmek zorunda. Tamam, tamam... Durum o kadar kötü değil. Bu iki kişi birbirine aşık oluyor ama Kirill'in babası kadınların zayıflık olduğunu söyleyerek yıllarca adamın aklını yıkamış, bu yüzden sevgisini kabul edemiyor, zayıflık olarak görüyor. Ulyssa ise "görevim de görevim, evlenmek mi öcü" tarzı bir kadın. Kitabın olayıda bu. İstemem ben, ama yan cebim boş durumu yani.
